Hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC) in Emulsion Paint

Hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC) as a non-ionic surfactant, in addition to thickening, suspending, bonding, emulsifying, film-forming, dispersing, and water-retaining functions, PTMA HEC can be dissolved in hot or cold water at high temperatures. No precipitation, so that it has a wide range of solubility and viscosity characteristics, that is, non-thermal gelation. PTMA HEC - Hydroxyethyl cellulose non-ionic type can coexist with a wide range of other water-soluble polymers, surfactants, and salts. It is an excellent colloidal thickener that easily contains high concentrations of electrolytes. Used in water emulsion paint, PTMA - HEC is used as a protective colloid in it, and can be used in vinyl acetate emulsion polymer to provide stability of the polymerization system in a wide range of pH values. In the manufacture of finished products, additives such as pigments and fillers are used to uniformly disperse, stabilize and provide thickening effect. PTMA HEC can also be used as a dispersant for suspension polymers such as styrene, acrylate and propylene.

We work as a HEC Manufacturer HEC Supplier HEC Factory, service for all customers in the world.
