Powder Defoamer for Dry Mortar Admixtures
Defoamers , also called Antifoam / Defoaming Agent, is a white powder, to remove the bubble in the process of production materials, which is a kind of modified powder antifoam which is made with silicone. Silicon has low solubility and high temperature & low temperature resistance, with good chemical inertness and stable physical features, without biological activity.
Performance
Defoamer for Dry Mortar : low dosage, strong antifoaming, good thermostability and fluidity, high polyelectrolyte resistance and high resistance of strong acid and strong alkali.
Mixing Process
Defoamers can be mixed with other additives and water, then add directly into dry powder materials; also can be sprinkled into the surface of bubbles in site.
Dosage
Normally between 0.03% - 0.5% against the mortar weight (3KG-50KG / One ton mortar).
